  • Food & Beverage Department

    Chef De Partie (Pastry Kitchen)

    • Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity in 4-star or higher star rated hotels
    • Able to supervise and delegate duties and responsibilities to Commis

    Waiter / Waitress

    • Minimum SPM qualification.
    • Pleasant disposition.
    • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Able and willing to work long hours on shifts / Public Holidays.

    Commis 1 (Pastry Kitchen)

    • Minimum qualifications - SPM and above.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity in a hotel of the same standard or above.
    • Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage.

    Commis 1 (Chinese Kitchen)

    • Minimum SPM and above.
    • Minimum of 2 years experiences in a similar capacity in a hotel with the same standard.
    • Good in English and any other languages are an advantage.

     

     

     

  • Front Office Department

    Receptionist

    • Pleasant disposition
    • Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
    • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Able and willing to work on shifts and long hours

    Front Office Manager

    • Able to oversees and directs all aspects of Front Office operations.
    • Displays a high degree of professionalism and integrity as befitting a member of the management.
    • Holds Degree or Diploma.
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in hospitality industry.
    • Ability to converse and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

    Assistant Manager

    • Able to corporate, coordinate, communicate and liaising with other departmental staff/heads.
    • Displays a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
    • Diploma or Degree holder.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience in hospitality industry.

     

  • Housekeeping Department

    Room Attendant

    • Minimum qualifications - SPM and above.
    • Preferably with working experience in related fields.
    • Able to work On Shift and during Public Holidays.

  • Finance Department

    F&B Cost Controller

    • Degree or diploma in accounting with at least three (3) years’ working experience in a similar capacity.
    • Ability to provide cost of sales information needed to control costs; establish and administer sound food and beverage cost control systems and procedures.
    • Ability to take initiative to see that food & beverage costs are optimized.
    • Must be good in figures.

  • Sales Department
    Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager (Corporate)

    • Holds Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and/or Business Marketing related.
    • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field and equivalent.
    • Ability to perform sales and dealing with all level of guests.
    • Having own vehicle and valid driving license.

    Marketing Communications Administrator

    • Ability to ensure the smooth running of the department’s administrative matters.
    • Minimum SPM, a Diploma in administration or related field of study / work experience.
    • Related working experience would be an advantage.
    • Good spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

  • Engineering Department
    Aircond Technician

    • Based in Kota Kinabalu.
    • Certificate in Air-conditioning & refrigeration system or Equivalent.
    • Ability to perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems.
    • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
    • Able to read, write and converse in English or Bahasa Malaysia.

    Aircond Handyman

    • Minimum qualification - SPM or Certificate in air conditioning & refrigeration.
    • Able to assist Aircond Technician in servicing air-conditioning units.
    • Able to carry out duties assigned by Aircond Technician or Superior.
  • Security Department
    Security Guard

    • Minimum Form 3 qualification.
    • Able to implement Hotel’s policies and procedures in relations to Safety and Security.
    • Able to conduct checks at assigned locations and report any incidents encountered.
